As a Candidate for Member, National Scholarship and Standards, my vision is guided by an efficiency first, service always philosophy. I am committed to a leadership style shaped by clarity, credibility, and connections.

As I seek to serve as a Member of the National Scholarship & Standards Committee, my priorities are simple:

Throughout my journey in Delta Sigma Theta, I’ve embraced the idea that excellence isn’t just a standard, it’s a mindset. From serving on the National Audit & Corporate Compliance Committee to supporting over 150 chapters with national standards, to shaping policies on the Chapter Policies & Procedures Committee, I’ve seen how attention to detail and consistency drive success.

As Chapter President, I led with clarity and fairness, always prioritizing our Sorority's core values. I believe true leadership is about serving first, listening, supporting, and ensuring transparency in every decision. As Primary Advisor, I worked closely with collegiate members to guide them through challenges, strengthening our chapter’s integrity.

I’ve built on this foundation through my work on the Chapter Nominating & Election Committees and as a Certified Trainer. I’ve led Membership Intake and Delta Internal Development sessions, making sure every process aligns with our Sorority's standards. As Lead Trainer, I emphasized the importance of upholding our values throughout the intake process.

As Chair of Membership, I spearheaded initiatives that engaged Sorors across generations and worked to retain members and reclaim sorors. My time as Minerva Circle Leader further deepened my commitment to inclusivity. From overseeing financial compliance as Controller to leading Leadership Programs, I’ve consistently upheld high standards and clear communication.

These experiences have prepared me to lead with vision and integrity as a Member, National Scholarship and Standards. My commitment to A+ excellence will guide my approach to fostering growth, fairness, and accountability in all our processes. I’m ready to support our sisterhood by ensuring every voice is heard and every opportunity for success is accessible because Excellence Is the Standard You Can C.O.U.N.T. On!
