Andrea Denise Hampton, MAcc, MBA

From my work on National Audit Corporate Compliance to leading the Orlando Alumnae Chapter to Chapter of the Year, my journey in Delta Sigma Theta has been defined by dedication, precision, and a commitment to excellence. As a Primary Advisor at Bethune-Cookman University, earning the Spirit Award at Delta Days, and serving as a Delta Internal Development Trainer and Membership Intake Trainer, I have worked to strengthen our sisterhood and uphold our core values.

Currently, serving on the National Leadership Academy, Delta Fellows Subcommittee, where I focus on developing leadership within our Sorority and building sustainable systems for future generations. My experience in Membership Intake, Chapter Policies and Procedures, and Nominations & Elections has been instrumental in ensuring that every Soror has access to opportunities and is supported in their journey.

As I transition to Member, National Scholarship and Standards, I’m ready to bring my experience in organization, communication, and leadership to the forefront, ensuring fairness, transparency, and success for all Sorors. C.O.U.N.T. on me to lead with integrity, clarity, and purpose!
